At thefashionproject.gr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the return form included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a size exchange, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using our preferred courier service or any registered mail provider of your choice; please keep your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email at every stage.
